Résumé :
|
So much has changed during the past few years in science and technology, social attitudes, education-virtually all aspects of life-that practically a new world exists for the child of today. It is in many respects a happier and safer world but in some respects a world that is much more difficult to face and in which to maintain balance.
Medical science, with amazing advances, has certainly assured children a healthier life. And new knowledge of child development and insights into child behavior have given us a greater understanding of the needs of children and the factors that affect their behavior. There are also great great and new opportunities for the prevention and treatment of emotional problems during childhood.
